Our company is one of the largest professional casting foundries in China with more than 30 years' experience. Being the national largest enterprise with the total capital of 410 million Yuan and the fixed assets of 220 million Yuan, we cover a land area of 280000 square meters, with a building area of 120000 square meters. We are the top casting enterprise in Shandong Province, having such branches as Casting Steel Research Center, Casting Steel Factory, Casting Iron Factory, Machining Factory, Wheel Loader Factory and Heat Treatment Factory. Main Products: Many kinds of axle housings, bucket teeth, clutch housings, gearboxes, scaffolding couplers, valve bodies, valve fittings, flanges, traction sheaves, and so on Production Capacity: We have an annual output of 200000 tons of different kinds of steel castings, iron castings and ductile castings. Production Equipment: We hold advanced casting production lines. We have 1 unit of lost foam casting production line with an annual output of 20000 tons, 4 units of resin-sand production lines with an annual output of 60000 tons and 1 unit of valve body production line with an annual output of 10000 tons. We have more than 400 units of special production and machining equipment, such as different kinds of numerical control machines. We also have an advanced machining center. Quality Assurance: We have obtained ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification and ISO10012 Metrology System Certification. We have complete physical and chemical examination means, in order to ensure our product quality. Our company has purchased 28 units of accurate and high-quality inspection apparatus. Domestic Customers: Our main products are castings. We have already formed complete cooperative relationships with top 20 engineering and machinery factories in China, such as China Longgong, Guangxi Liugong, Shandong Lingong, Sichuan Chenggong, Fujian Xiagong, Hefei Ankai and Anhui Hualing. Technology Development: Our large transmission program of wheel loaders adopted the lost foam castings helped us to get the certificate of "Science and Technology Fruit Approval" issued by the State Science and Technology Ministry, being listed in State Torch Program in 2003 and winning the "Gold Medal Prize" in the 4th International Non-Ferrous & Special Casting Exhibition. Our steel casting scaffolding production system helps us win the invention prize from the National Patent Office. Product Export: We have more than 10 years' experience in exporting valves to the USA, the Netherlands and Korea and our scaffolding is mainly exported to Britain, Italy and Russia. At the same time, we have manufactured many batches of casting parts for customers in Europe.
